Open House Tour for Agents Guidelines · Listing must be Active on the IMLS · Listing Agent must be a Member with LCAR · Request to put listing on Open house tour must be submitted by the Monday 1:00 pm before Weekly Tuesday Tour. (Until Further notice) Listings on tour limited to 8. First come first serve. Each listing will be open for 15-20 minutes. Time will be on Tour Sheet. One listing per agent per week unless there is Room on the Tour.
