Mortgage 101, Financing Basics (E1356) – 3 CE Hours
Learn the basics of mortgage finance, including FHA, VA, USDA and conventional loan requirements, along with the key players and processes involved in a mortgage transaction.

Advanced Mortgage: Beyond Basics (E1294) – 3 CE Hours
Take a deeper look at the different mortgage programs available to today’s buyers, including the advantages, disadvantages and important considerations of each financing option.
